General information


Albertosaurus, which means "Alberta lizard" was named by Henri F. Osborn in 1905.
Albertosaurus was a carnivorous dinosaur with a big head, long legs and two fingers on its hands.
It was one of the most abundant predator living in North America during the Cretaceous period.
