INFO
Antrodemus valens (Leidy,1870) > Poekilopleuron valens (Leidy,1870)

Holotype- (USNM 218) posterior half of sixth? caudal centrum (~125 mm)

Based on a single partial and damaged caudal vertebra. Antrodomeus is probably a senior synonym of Allosaurus, and perhaps its better to be regarded as an isolated, indeterminate, until comparative work on all Morrison allosaurid specimens is completed. (Reference G. Olshevsky(2000) Mesozoic Meanderings #3 )
