ESSAY

The specific name of Bugenasaura infernalis refers to the Hell Creek Formation, where it is from.

B. garbanii has been tentatively reassigned from Thescelosaurus to Bugenasaura, although it could represent the body of the pachycephalosaur Stygimoloch spinifer, which is also from Hell Creek.
