A basal oviraptorosaur, this form may be a caenagnathid. The holotype skull indicates the head was much larger than restored by Kurzanov, and the more complete referred skull is restored separately but would scale for a smaller animal, and may actually pertain to another species of similar animal. The skull PIN 3701/3 is also oviraptorosaurian.
